Select the exercises you’d like to assign as “homework” using the search bar, dropdowns, or lists below.
Add any client notes in the box provided, then click Create Homework Assignment to generate a list with video links.
Use Copy Assignment to paste the results directly into an email for your client.
Type a keyword to quickly find an exercise. Use Clear to reset the list — any items you’ve already selected will stay selected.
